1.You need a title. A pink slip is not enough. (if you don’t have one, you don’t need to read on)

2.Insurance card or voucher

3.Pictures showing views of front, back, right side, left side and instrument panel.

4.Receipts for any equipment needed. Receipts must have each part itemized and priced individually. If used parts are used, you must have the title for the donor bike.

5.Do not put license plate on for pictures.

6.The title you get will list the bike as a “modified vehicle”.

7.You must have the bike inspected by an ‘Enhanced Vehicle Safety Inspection Station’.
Once inspected you will be legal with a plate, registration card and inspection sticker. The cost for inspection will vary. It was under $150 at McFarland’s Used Cars in Lehighton, PA. 7.Speedometer / Odometer which records a non resetting total milage

8.Chain guard that covers back to axel

9.Side reflectors

10.Horn

11.Rear fender extension with fills the gap between tire and rear fender.
